Philosophy

The goals I have set for Pathways to Learning are simple: Each person is treated as an individual with individual attention. No two people are exactly alike—even if they have similar learning styles. I learn from everyone I work with and the knowledge they bring to me is amazing.
I will do everything possible to insure improvement in each person who seeks help with their learning problems. If I do not know how to approach a problem, I do the research and call in experts to help me work with you or your child.

Communication is the key to what I do. I am not afraid to change my communication style to match each client’s method of learning.

A positive attitude goes a long way in helping someone who feels they are struggling or something just is not working right. I work on building self esteem while working to help people learn more efficiently. Each small success is celebrated.
